Palladium-catalysed cis- and trans-silaboration of terminal alkynes: complementary access to stereo-defined trisubstituted alkenes.

چکیده
Palladium-catalysed cis- and trans-silaboration of terminal alkynes has been developed via the addition of (chlorodimethylsilyl)pinacolborane, followed by a one-pot conversion of the chloro group on the silicon atom to an isopropoxy group.

Palladium(II)-catalysed regioselective synthesis of 3,4-disubstituted quinolines and 2,3,5-trisubstituted pyrroles from alkenes via anti-Markovnikov selectivity.
A novel strategy has been identified for the regioselective synthesis of 3,4-disubstituted quinolines and 2,3,5-trisubstituted pyrroles from simple alkenes via anti-Markovnikov selectivity under palladium catalysis. The salient features are synthesis of two different heterocycles, readily available starting materials, broad substrate scope, moderate to good yields and use of molecular oxygen as...
متن کاملControllable stereoselective synthesis of trisubstituted alkenes by a catalytic three-component reaction of terminal alkynes, benzylic alcohols, and simple arenes.
The acid-catalyzed three-component reaction of terminal alkynes, benzylic alcohols, and simple arenes provides convenient and atom-economic access to an array of both Z- and E-isomers of trisubstituted alkenes with excellent stereoselectivity by switching reaction temperature and acidic catalysts.
متن کاملStereoselective synthesis of trisubstituted alkenylboranes by palladium-catalysed reaction of alkynyltriarylborates with aryl halides.
The palladium-catalysed reaction of alkynyltriarylborates with aryl halides afforded trisubstituted alkenylboranes, in which two different aryl groups were installed across the carbon-carbon double bond in a cis arrangement.
متن کاملPalladium-catalyzed carboboration of alkynes using chloroborane and organozirconium reagents.
Three-component coupling of bis(dialkylamino)chloroborane, alkynes and organozirconium reagents proceeded in the presence of palladium catalysts, leading to the formation of stereo-defined alkenylborane derivatives via cis-carboboration of carbon-carbon triple bonds.
متن کاملRoom temperature palladium catalysed coupling of acyl chlorides with terminal alkynes.
Conditions are reported for the facile, high-yielding coupling of acyl chlorides with terminal alkynes in a reaction involving palladium and copper iodide; the reaction is tolerant of a wide variety of acyl chlorides and terminal alkynes and provides a convenient one-pot route to acetylenic ketones.
